Marie M. Sprowl, Esq.
Founding Partner
With over a decade of legal experience, Marie started The Adelphi Group (TAG) in early 2022 to bring unrivaled service and connection to her clients as they maneuver through their property damage claims. Marie’s passion for connecting with her clients, coupled with her experience in the courtroom and attention to detail set her apart from others in the industry. When you’ve been wrongfully denied or unpaid on your insurance claim, TAG her in to bring the results you deserve!

She spent the first half of her legal career practicing in the area of family law, handling complex divorces, child custody and paternity matters. As a family law attorney, Marie was a zealous advocate for her clients and helped hundreds of families navigate the legal system through challenging times. She has since transitioned that same client focused humility, hard work and litigation experience to her clients who have been wrongfully denied coverage under their insurance policies.

Marie graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Business Management. During her time at FSU, Marie worked as a Teaching Assistant in the College of Business, served as Panhellenic Delegate for Pi Beta Phi Sorority and was a member of the Varsity Swim & Dive team. Thereafter, Marie accepted an academic scholarship to attend Barry University School of Law in Orlando, where she graduated cum laude in 2011. While at Barry, Marie earned several Book Awards, served as Research Assistant for the Academic Dean and as a Teacher’s Assistant for Legal Research & Writing. Throughout her law school career, Marie also worked as a Judicial Assistant to the Honorable Judge Alan Dickey, Circuit Judge in Seminole County.

Marie is a busy member of her community and enjoys volunteering for non-profit organizations. She’s done extensive work with our local Legal Aid Foundation and Teen Parent Program around Central Florida. She and her family are also very active members at their church in downtown Orlando.
Marie resides in Maitland with her husband and their three children, a set of boy/girl twins and a little sister, all active in sports who keep her running all over the state of Florida. In her rare free time, she enjoys running, traveling and boat days, but for her, nothing beats a family beach day!
Katie S. Monroe, Esq.
Founding Partner
A native Floridian who has spent over a decade fighting for the rights of Florida's consumers who have been wronged by their insurance providers. She has extensive experience ligating a variety of insurance claims, including hurricanes, storm damage, water losses, collapse, fire, theft, vandalism, and liability matters. Katie has litigated insurance dispute cases throughout the state, and has helped resolve over a thousand insurance claims, personally recovering millions of dollars in insurance benefits owed to Florida homeowners.

Katie Monroe graduated from Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. While attending Florida State, Katie also competed on the FSU Swimming and Diving team, where her academic prowess earned her All-ACC honors. Thereafter, Katie attended Barry University School of Law, where she was selected for membership to the Barry University Trial Team.

After obtaining her Juris Doctorate, Katie began working in the field of insurance litigation. Her practice is devoted to litigating insurance claims on behalf of homeowners, professionals, and commercial clients, in cases where insurance coverage is in dispute or claims have been denied or underpaid. When Katie is not actively working to protect her client’s rights, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young kids, playing and watching sports, and exploring all the exciting things Florida has to offer!
